Urban Arrow is looking for an Sales Account Manager for East Germany (Field Service)

Home Office work with travel, located in Berlin, Leipzig or Dresden, German is required, 40 hours per week

About Urban Arrow

We are Urban Arrow. The iconic brand for electric cargo bikes, for more than 12 years. Together we pursue our ambition to introduce electric cargo bikes further around the world and make cities cleaner, quieter and more livable. We are looking for an Account Manager for the East Germany region to successfully support our German team.

Your responsibilities

  • Representation: You will represent Urban Arrow with our dealers and be the personal contact in your region.

  • Relationship management: You will focus not only on potential new dealers but also on building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners.

  • Teamwork: You will work closely with the internal team to ensure our service meets the standards of a premium segment product.

  • Events: You will regularly attend trade fairs, give presentations, and provide demonstrations of our product portfolio.

  • Independence: You will work proactively, independently, and remotely while staying digitally connected with the team and the Sales Manager.

  • Communication: You will have a polite, binding, and precise working style and be able to adapt easily to various interlocutors.

  • Engagement: You will proactively contribute to Urban Arrow and be motivated to participate in projects.

  • Travel: you will regularly travel within your region, the Split will be 70% on the road and 20% home office, your home office should be within the region where you are responsible

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in the field sales of sports goods or bicycles.

  • Industry knowledge: Experience in urban mobility is a plus.

  • Self-reliance: You work independently and proactively.

  • Team spirit: You have a high level of empathy and team spirit.

  • Relationship building: You can build and maintain relationships while creating a trustworthy environment.

  • Market knowledge: You are aware of market trends, recognize important growth opportunities, and are sales-motivated.

  • Reliability: You work precisely and keep your promises.

  • Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel within your area. 

  • Language skills: You speak and write German at a native level and speak English well.
